We really enjoyed the house it was very nice and served us well. The house was very easy to get to when we enjoyed being near the River. The only minor negative is that the upstairs bedroom and upstairs Loft have no Provisions for hanging clothes. If the owner would provide accommodations for hanging clothes in those upstairs rooms it would be extremely helpful. Otherwise we enjoyed staying in the house and will definitely rebook in the future.

5 of us ladies stayed for the weekend for Sylamore 25k and 50k race. It was the perfect spot close to start, gorgeous back deck looking over the river and a fireplace that we put to use. Just a lovely place. Highly highly recommend it. And the girls with the property management were great and super helpful!

Our family stayed 2 nights and could not have asked for a better location. We were with in easy driving distance of the Caverns and Mountain View. We went hiking and did some shopping and had great family time together. Our rental was very nice and everyone I dealt with was very helpful. We will be back as the weather warms. As a native Arkansan it made my soul proud to show our children how beautiful our state really is.

We truly loved the home which had everything we could have asked for! Great décor, location, amenities and personal touches.
  5. 5/5
We really enjoyed the house and it accommodated our family well. It was a great location to the river, Angler's and other in town locations.

This was exactly what we were looking for. It was very peaceful and quiet. The cabin was very nice and clean. if we are int he area this would be our first choice.

We enjoyed the lovely riverfront grounds as well as the obvious care and great taste reflected in the quality decor of this home immensely. The inadequately equipped kitchen made for frustration in cooking for a family of 6 during our stay. Other mechanical glitches (like the dryer constantly shutting off before the load was dry and difficulty getting the kitchen patio door to lock) were issues as well. If mobile service is important to you, there is zero mobile coverage at the bottom of the huge foothill on the opposite side of the river.

This cabin is beautiful!!! Views of the river are inspiring, close to fun adventures in the area, and plenty of room for 6-8 people. We loved staying here and would stay here again!

We spent 5 nights at DrutherBe in the middle of our 2 week motorcycling vacation. We loved this beautiful spot! The kitchen was well appointed, & had plenty of cookware & dishes for the 4 of us. We used the grill 4 out of our 5 nights, & it was so fun to hang out on the deck. The water was high the week that we were there, so we didn’t go down to the shore. The bedrooms were furnished with amazingly comfortable mattresses & pillows—wished we could get identical ones for home! Temps were in the high 90’s when we were there, & it was wonderful to come home to a cool house—Ahhh! The only bummer we had was that the garage was not available, even though it was advertised on both websites—VRBO & Ivy. Our friends did have cycle trouble while we were there, & it wasn’t fun for the guys to tear the bike apart on the gravel driveway on a hot afternoon. We were told they were converting the garage to a bunkhouse. If you are counting on a garage, be aware of this. We did eat at Anglers the first night—food was great, & it was so close! Drinks also available there. (Beer, wine & mixed drinks). We used the liquor store near Big Flat, 15 miles away. (House is located in a dry county) Always beautiful riding the Ozark's! Overall, a beautiful place to stay, & we highly recommend it! Ivy staff was great to work with—thanks!!

We had a wonderful stay, my 3 grandchildren all agreed “our” house was the best. They fished in the river, had water balloon fight in the yard. Watched hummingbirds visit the beautiful flowers and enjoyed events and shopping in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at DrutherBe on the White River. The home is beautiful. The location is perfect. They had everything we needed for our week long stay. We had our 5 and 6 year old with us. We fished with a rented boat from Anglers, kayaked down the river with our kayaks, played at Blanchard Springs and went to the caverns one day. We took the 1.5 hour tour and it was amazing. Ivy rentals was so attentive to any need we had and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great house and a great stay! We stayed for a week, and will definitely be planning a trip back to the area!

Best vacation ever!! The house was wonderful. Lots of room. The view of the river from deck was beautiful. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the deck. We enjoyed afternoon and evenings on the deck. Grilled our rainbow trout and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, from seasoning etc. The place was everything we wanted. The plants around the house were beautiful a lot of butterflies and hummingbirds. The fishing, kayaking, shopping downtown Mountain View and sightseeing was great (drove up to Mountain Home, AR) Anglers Resort on white river has the best food and fishing guide (Drew). "Bushel and a Peck" a wonderful place for lunch. JOJO's has the best hushpuppies I have ever eaten. This is a trip everyone should take. One of our Best trips ever. The Wagners from Bandra, Texas

It is a lovely home, plants in front attracted, butterflies and humming birds a joy to watch, The kitchen was great but could only seat 4, we as a family enjoy sharing our meals together.and this was disappointing. But all in all we enjoyed our stay the weather was fantastic. We ate dinner one night at the Mexican restaurant in the town square and the food was fabulous, Breakfast at the Rainbow was great. We rented a pontoon at Gerries Ferry and spent one day on the lake it was a great day. It was well worth the money to stay at this lovely home. Thank you all so much

We had a wonderful, relaxing week. We really wish we could have had two weeks! We really enjoyed the entire house but the back porch was our favorite place. Our dogs loved getting to share our vacation with us. The teens loved their loft area when they weren't outside or down at the waters edge. We were very lucky that the river level was perfect. We can't wait to come back again in the future! We honestly loved the house so much we didn't venture to all the other places we had planned. Blanchard Springs was so gorgeous and the little swimming area there was a perfect end to our day in the park.

Had a great time!! And the house was wonderful thanks

Beautiful shaded backyard and nice big deck.

The house was wonderful and comfortable for our family. The countryside was beautiful and we enjoyed taking it all in. Our kids loved the river and we had a great stay here.

We were blown away when we opened the door and entered such a beautifully decorated and comfortable riverside home. We loved all the unique fish decorations. My husband is an avid fisherman so the fish décor was perfect. We were pleased to find everything was beyond what we expected at a vacation rental. Thank you for a great weekend--we will definitely return. The Hawks

The views are stunning! Deck with a fire pit made us hang out on the deck every day. Extremely comfy inside and the decor was lovely.

The house itself is immaculately maintained and well-stocked for visitors. You won't need to worry about packing basic spices, utensils, small appliances, meal prep items, or dinnerware. Things like paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies and the like are all stocked. I brought our Crock-Pot only to find that they already had one. :) The deck is perfect for hanging out; there is a firepit, a propane grill, and a nice built-in "fence" surrounding the top deck that keeps your puppy dogs corralled. The view of the river is lovely, with a bluff that totals several hundred feet right behind you. With autumn colors in peak at the end of Oct/early Nov., it makes for a beautiful sight. If you want to wade in the river, pack along some good water shoes! Unlike rivers where we live, it's very rocky rather than straight mud. There are some sticker burrs down by the banks, so watch for those, especially if you have kids and dogs in tow. We enjoyed watching an otter play in the river one morning; that was really fun to watch! Having a garage to park in was wonderful and came in handy as rainy as it was a few of the days we were there. You are only 5 miles from Mountain View, so the location is very convenient. Be SURE to stop by the Ozark Folk Center for live Ozark craft demos and handmade items for sale, Mountain Thyme Mercantile (formerly Yoder's) for some delicious food and bulk grocery/local items, Dude Ranch Boots for a new pair of shoes (I personally can't recommend Twisted X brand enough, especially for those of us with wide feet!), Oliver's Bistro and PJ's Rainbow Cafe for lunch, and then just walk around the square! It was raining this time so we didn't get to hear any live music, but Mountain View is famous for the music on the square. I also enjoyed going into the secondhand shop that supports the local animal shelter and Ritzy Rags Quilt Shop. I honestly needed two full days to visit everything on the square!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was big and comfortable, and the view was simply spectacular! The house had plenty of tools and supplies, and it was even fully stocked with firewood. Prepare yourself for not having cell coverage but the WiFi worked fine. I highly recommend this vacation spot and I hope I can come back!

We had a wonderful experience! The cabin was perfect in every way. Actually, met our every need and more. The cabin was clean and had very comfortable furniture and lighting. We enjoy reading at night and had no problem cuddling up on the sofa and chairs with a good book. Our 2 dogs felt right at home. The cabin even had extra kennels if needed. The location was also convenient to restaurants, just a mile or two. Saturday night we went to Caroling in the Caverns and our family will always remember that event. Two of our grown children enjoyed sleeping in the Bunk House, which was clean and had comfortable beds. They also liked some of the whimsical decor. We appreciate the management accommodating us with last minute arrangements for the Bunk House. Hope to return in the spring.
