This exquisite property was so wonderful I wanted to buy it! Great beds, everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Mountain View.
  2. 5/5
The loft is in such a great central location, easy to find and had great parking right behind the building. The decor throughout the loft was truly unique and beautiful. We'll definitely be staying there again the next time we visit Mountain View!

I felt I had come home to a place I had never been to before. The Nest was so beautifully done I just wanted to bring the whole place back with me. Everything was perfect.

We all really enjoyed staying in the loft. It is a very nice space, has all the amenities that you’ll need and is conveniently located right next to the town square. There were four of us staying here and we had plenty of space for each of us. The loft is a comfortable place that is nicely decorated, Denise says it’s one of the few places that she has rented that she doesn’t want to leave. We had a lot of fun this weekend, thank you Ivy Rentals!!!

This was my second time staying in an IVY residence. The care and attention to detail that has shown both times I've stayed is astounding. Mt. View is God's Country and Ivy Vacations is the icing on the cake. I can't wait to come back next year!

This loft is both beautiful and comfortable. My husband and I came for two nights, just a quick getaway. Everything in this loft was a treat for the eyes or the other senses. We loved all the reclaimed items and the local artisan work. It was easily close enough to walk to several restaurants on the square, and the loft had everything you would need to stay in and cook. Super clean and the owners were easy to reach with questions. Would definitely stay again!

I am a local. This was the perfect escape to sneak away and play tourist. Looking forward for a date night with my husband, girls night out with friends, and game nights with my kiddos!! #PlayingLikeImFromOff

Couldn’t have been better. Self check in and out. Fully stocked kitchen;beautifully decorated, can’t think of anything that would made it better. We were impressed when we entered and were still the same as we exited. Will stay again and encourage friends to do the same

What a great loft! Decorated to the T! LOVE the heated bathroom floor! Even got to have a vinyl dance party! What a treat! I highly recommend the Nest for your next stay in Mt View! I will be back!

Mountain View has a lot to offer. Really enjoyed the trip. Louis

When we arrived at The Ivy Nest, I melted and my heart fell in love immediately!!! The place looked EXACTLY like it did in the pictures!!! My husband and I desperately needed a quiet getaway because we have been inundated with company for a few months now, and this sweet place was the fix for us!!! The owners have paid attention to every little detail and have created so many unique things to see and do in the space. They have re-purposed old wood, metal pieces, and antique finds. What I really liked is that they used mostly local artists for all their pieces. We decided to sleep in the bed on the "old stage", and fell in love with it!!! My husband and I chose to eat most of our meals out, but you could EASILY cook there - the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed to cook a meal. The tub and shower were amazing. There is an endless hot water tank, so you could take a long hot shower or bath without worry of running out of hot water! And here's another plus ... the bathroom floor was HEATED!!!! What a treat! We really want to come back again in the spring or summer so that we can enjoy the quaint little back deck too. If you are lucky enough to find an open spot on their calendar, book it NOW!!!! Just wanted to say that we ate at four different places while we were there. I don't have enough space to write my reviews of those places here, but I did do reviews on Trip Advisor. The restaurants were Anglers, P.J.'s Rainbow Cafe, Mi Pueblo, and Tommy's Pizza. Check out my reviews. Thank you, Emily and friends for a wonderful experience!!! We WILL be back!!!!

We had a wonderful visit in Mountain View, and the Ivy Nest was a huge part of that wonderful. Just a delightful, clean, aesthetically pleasing nest. :)
  13. 5/5
Nothing beats this spacious modern mountain loft with the convenience of being right in the heart of it all on Main St. You will not be disappointed, this place is everything as advertised.
  14. 5/5
The apartment is charming. It shows that there was a lot of thought put into the decorating and to functionality for the guests. We're from California and a bit spoiled about tv, so lack of cable took some getting used to. We're addicted to MSNBC. However, we watched some Netfilx that we would have missed otherwise. We had some great weather for early spring and a walking around map of town would have been useful. We went to Johnny Driftwood's Barn on Friday night and heard authentic Qzark music by locals, and for only a $5 donation. Oliver's Bistro was great.
  15. 5/5
We enjoyed our weekend stay and can’t think of any improvements. Very comfortable beds in stylishly decorated loft. Good TV set up and great location on the square.
  16. 5/5
We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of The Nest. Really liked being walking distance to the square. Will definitely stay again.
  17. 5/5
Close to everything, cool and quiet, beautifully furnished and one of the best rentals I have encountered.
  18. 5/5
The most stylish , comfortable place I’ve been too 5/5 stars .
  19. 5/5
The room was Immaculate and our stay was incredible. The design of the room and the cleanliness could not be beat. Excellent accommodations for being right above the town square. I will definitely be back.

My parents, 6-year-old daughter and I took a trip to Mountain View and stayed at the loft at Town Square 8/6/2019-8/10/2019. As soon as we walked in, my daughter exclaimed "This is Luxury!" As far as I can say, she was exactly right. The loft is absolutely beautiful and the pics on the website do not do it justice. It was immaculately clean, easily accessible, and within walking distance to everything around the square. We couldn't have chosen a better place with a better location and will definitely be booking again next time we are up that way. All the amenities were provided, the owners were extremely polite and helpful and we really did not want to leave! There would only be two things I would recommend to improve the loft...a portable fan that could be used on the balcony during the hot summer months and a tea kettle. Besides that, everything was just about perfect. The internet signal was in and out sometimes, but when we are away on vacation that is not something we rely on too much and wasn't an issue for us. And I do have to mention the record player! We loved the selection of albums and my daughter had the best time dancing and discovering new music. She also loved the bathtub which was very deep and had a little seating area. I loved the shower with it's 3 varying shower heads and seating area. I could seriously go on all day about how wonderful this place is and we highly recommend if you are visiting the area, want to be in the center of everything, then do not hesitate to book the loft. I know we will never book another place when in the area!!!
  21. 5/5
In the heart of Mountain View, you will find a loft that is modern and luxurious. Hats off to the owners for investing and obvious love of this property. The furnishings are top notch, decor beautiful. Getting to restaurants and the court house square is merely steps away. We particularly enjoyed listening to the vintage records in the morning. Know that a loft is exactly that, and you must enter via stairs on the side of the building. We thought it added to the experience. We would choose this property again and again.
  22. 5/5
My stay was just perfect! All comforts have been considered! This is a must stay loft for a Mountain View get-away!
  23. 5/5
    Everything was wonderful.
  24. 5/5
It was a great retreat in town, convenient to everything. It is Old and charming but modern. It has a wonderful energy, nice decor, lots of natural light and is convenient to everything. It is spacious with thoughtful details.. There is not a lift, so if you're concerned about stairs, you might want to consider that. We didn't mind at all, but was up and down more than expected. We loved the vinyl record collection and that amazing wood table. The only thing I missed was the nature sounds at night (the host has other properties for that), but I didn't miss driving into town everyday, because we were there, already! Excellent communication and quick responses before and during stay. We only had one ordinary glitch that involved a battery exchange, and they were there and gone in 10 minutes! I cannot wait to return.
  25. 4/5
The only reasons for giving good instead of excellent were very minor. It was beautifully decorated and very clean and quiet.we needed more info on how lock door when leaving and working the microwave. Also, we hadn’t factored in the amount of stairs to get into the nest, which was our fault, because we had a 89 year old on the trip. Thank you .
  26. 5/5
This is a wonderful place. The town is a great visit. The Nest is a beautifully decorated loft, with everything one needs for a visit.
  27. 5/5
This is the perfect place to enjoy downtown Mt. View and is super convenient when taking classes at The Arkansas Craft School.
  28. 4/5
We enjoyed our stay in the Ivy Nest. It was decorated so cute. The only problem we should have took in consideration was the long steps leading up to the loft. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay close to the square and being able to go right outside and walk to where you wanted to go. It was very clean and well kept.
  29. 5/5
This loft is as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures, and very comfortable. We slept really well in the beds, and the kitchen was very nice, which we really appreciated since we cooked dinner one night when all of the other restaurants were closed. Our favorite little bonus was the record player which came with a nice selection of albums to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we would love to come back!
  30. 5/5
Outstanding. The place is Exactly as reflected in the photos. Great location in downtown area, parking reserved in rear for one vehicle. Entire apartment was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well maintained, furnishings and appliances were top notch. No expense was spared in the construction of this apartment, it really should be featured on the front of a magazine cover.
  31. 5/5
We had a great time visiting Mountain View, and loved the coziness + functionality of this sweet place. We are a family with older kids (10 and 12) and The Nest was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed being able to walk to places on the square, as well as the easy drive to Blanchard Springs and the Ozark Folk Center. The hosts provided a wealth of information on things to do/places to eat (which saved me a bunch of planning), and we appreciated the well-appointed kitchen + bath, comfy beds, awesome outdoor space, lovely aesthetics, and instant hot water heater (a serious bonus when you have four people trying to shower to get out of the door at a reasonable time.) Also, the Nest was chock-full of little touches that made our stay feel comfortable + homey...interesting books on local history/art, a crate full of records + record player, good tv options for relaxing after a day of being out and about. We'll definitely be back, thanks so much!
  32. 5/5
Such a beautiful space, we had a wonderful stay!
  33. 5/5
My expectations were absolutely exceeded while staying at the nest. The ambience is everything and it feels so comfortable and homey. All of the little details really make the place! The Japanese soaking tub and heated bathroom floor were hands down my favorite feature at the nest. The location is also stellar being right in the middle of downtown, but also feeling like you have all the privacy you want. I’ll definitely book this location again when returning to Mountain View!
  34. 5/5
Amazing! We recently visited Mountain View with friends to attend the annual Carols in the Caverns at Blanchard Springs, which by the way we would highly recommend, what a beautiful way to start off the Christmas holiday! The Nest was awesome! We loved the urban rustic chic decor of the loft...very cool and comfortable! We have rented several vacation properties across the country throughout the years and I have to say that this was one of my favorites! Thank you Emily and Virginia!
  35. 5/5
    Perfect stay! Loved the loft!
  36. 5/5
Don't book with anybody else if you're going to the Mountain View area! The Nest was tastefully furnished, well appointed, and well maintained. Flawless.
  37. 5/5
What a magical place to enjoy for a weekend away. The Nest was tidy and very clean; beds are super comfy; and the heated bathroom floors are a BONUS! The albums and record player brought back memories from my youth. We will stay at this hidden treasure AGAIN! Carolyn Bishop
  38. 5/5
We visited Mt. View for my birthday. The Ivy Nest was the best part of the stay. The loft was cozy, clean, and modern. It had special touches that were unexpected, making it even better. The heated floor in the bathroom was a nice surprise. If it had been a little warmer, we would have spent more time on the deck, maybe next time.
  39. 5/5
Fun, quirky and surprisingly modern. We enjoyed every amenity and feature. Well thought out and a true gem in a small town.
  40. 5/5
Our four-generation March stay at The Nest was a great experience! The space was so well designed it seemed much larger than it’s s/f. Loved the mix of reclaimed wood and industrial fixtures. Felt like we were staying in a HGTV award winning reno! The outdoor terrace is as a great addition, too, and provided a little privacy. The location cannot be beat! It was a rainy weekend, and we shopped until it started raining, then dashed back to the loft until the front passed over. Then out again for more fun. Beds are so comfy but the negative is the loud traffic noise at the street facing windows’ bed. Those windows should be double-paned to help insulate sound. Tried ear plugs, but heavy traffic sounds kept us awake. We had no trouble navigating the stairs, but those with limited mobility might have trouble. We’ll definitely book again!
  41. 5/5
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ivy Nest. It was comfortable, and we loved being near the square to access the stores and all the live music in the square, and picking park. I would recommend it, and hope to stay again soon.
  42. 4/5
The A/C control was a little hard to understand. The ceiling fan in the bedroom is set too high. The room was lovely and comfortable.
  43. 5/5
My family spent two nights here in celebration of my husband's birthday. The loft was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals each day. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the loft and a few grocery stores by a short drive. After spending the day walking trails and wading in Sylamore Creek, the deep soaking tub was a nice touch to soothe our aching muscles. Pickin' Park is a short walk down the street where you can find live music and some tasty after-dinner treats. The loft was spacious enough for four adults and one child to comfortably play board games, pile up and watch movies before bed, and move freely while remaining cozy. During our stay, we had one small issue with the TV remote but replacement batteries were brought up within minutes of sending the host a text. Heading out of town, we were already planning our return. When we come back through Mountain View, Ivy Rentals will be top of the list!
  44. 4/5
We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, right in town! The loft is beautiful! It accommodated myself, my husband, my parents and my daughter perfectly! There is a full size kitchen to use! We wound up taking my niece's bridal portraits here, it was PERFECT!! The only thing was that the shower was a little difficult to figure out which was hot/cold and there is some road noise at night, so you hear the cars driving past, but this is off the main road, so I guess that is to be expected! We will definitely stay here again though if we go back to Mountain View!
  45. 5/5
Always love coming to Mountain View. We needed peace and quiet, and it’s what we got. The loft was beautiful, and every detail thought of for our convenience. Definitely modern decor, and comfortable too, but it showed off it’s pioneer roots, which was a nice nod to the property’s history. We didn’t want to leave.
  46. 5/5
The Nest was wonderful and had everything we needed! Great location and close to all the local fun. Quick drive to caverns (though closed due to pandemic) and springs and other nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend!
  47. 5/5
We loved the NEST! Will be back....
  48. 4/5
The loft was just what my family needed. It was nice to get away and just relax. I will miss the record player in the mornings while drinking coffee 😊
  49. 5/5
Awesome place to stay. Perfect getaway for a coupe.
  50. 5/5
We loved our stay at the Ivy Nest! Every detail of the loft is perfect, from the comfy beds to the beautiful decor. We will certainly be back here, and we can’t wait!
  51. 5/5
My family of five stayed at The (Ivy) Nest for eight nights and loved every minute of it. The space is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment, and the location was perfect for our stay. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The kitchen was perfect sized to do lots of cooking and the deck is wonderful for relaxing. About the location and area: We did some hiking in the Ozark National Forest a couple of days, the various trail heads are within 20 minutes of The Nest. During a rainy day, we went over to the Folk Center at City Park which was super fun. There are lots of different artists that demonstrate their craft. Just a short walk away is The Music Box that sells ice cream and coffee, and just beyond that is Pickin' Park, where you can sit and listen to local (and visiting) musicians play. The Courthouse is over on the next block and they also had outdoor concerts on Friday evening. There are lots of other shops within walking distance. We drove over the Leslie (about 40 minutes) to eat at The Skylark Cafe which was fabulous. Mountain View is an absolutely beautiful town with wonderful, fun, friendly people. We highly recommend The (Ivy) Nest to anyone looking at visiting Mountain View to make your visit even better. There are so many things to see and do within the area.
  52. 5/5
We had a wonderful time staying at The Nest on the square. My family of 4 plus 2 other friends stayed at this location for my daughter’s15th birthday. It was spacious, roomy, and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a door lock for the bathroom. But otherwise, we loved it!!
  53. 5/5
We capped off a weekend camping trip on the Buffalo River with a night in this beautiful loft. We were immediately blown away by how chic the space is and gushed over the kitchen, island, and large beds! After a weekend on the river we all eventually agreed that the shower was the best part! We listened to records while cooking dinner and enjoyed drinks on the awesome patio. We were so impressed with all the thoughtful touches! This space is also right on the square and next to all the cute shops and the music box! Can’t recommend enough!!
  54. 5/5
    We loved our stay
  55. 5/5
Loved this place! The vinyl collection was an unexpected perk. Great views of town and the mountains.
  56. 5/5
We loved the modern design of the loft and it was in the perfect location. Everything was clean, staff was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Wifi was a big deal for us as we needed to make some video calls and the internet was very fast and reliable. We loved the place and would absolutely stay again!
  57. 5/5
We absolutely loved staying at the Ivy Nest! Such cute bohemian vibes and perfectly located in Mountain View!
  58. 5/5
Loved the loft, very comfortable & stylish! Would stay in again. Would be perfect if it had a washer dryer.
  59. 5/5
Ivy Vacations and Mt. View is one of my top 10 favorite places to be. They think of every single detail.... HEATED BATHROOM FLOORS!!!!
